10月26日(木)午前11時30分から，全学一斉避難訓練を実施します。東山キャンパスの学生と教職員は全員参加です。
全学一斉避難訓練では、屋外・屋内放送設備により緊急地震速報が放送されたら、以下ポスターの①～④の順で行動してください。訓練では、緊急地震速報から10秒後に地震の揺れが始まり、2分間は強い揺れが続く想定です。その間、揺れているイメージを持って、安全確保行動を必ず続けてください。
揺れが収まったら、教職員や自衛消防隊員の指示に従って、屋外に避難します。急ぐ必要はありません。建物近くの決められた一次避難場所まで、落ち着いて避難しましょう。
Campus-Wide Simultaneous Evacuation Drill will be carried out on October 26th from 11:30. The drill is for all students and staffs in the Higashiyama campus.
In this year's campus-wide simultaneous evacuation drill, we will use our outdoor and indoor public-address systems to broadcast Earthquake Early Warnings. When the broadcasts start, please take the safety steps (1 - 4) shown in the poster below. This drill assumes that an earthquake shaking will begin about 10 seconds after the Earthquake Early Warning (EEW) and that intense shaking will continue for 2 minutes. Imagine the ground is shaking and take the necessary safety actions during this time.
Once the shaking subsides, follow the instructions of your instructor and evacuate the building. There is no need to hurry. Take your valuables when evacuating during the drill.
